Use of VitalPath

VitalPath is intended to help users understand Apple Watch and Apple Health signals for general fitness, recovery, and wellness guidance. You are responsible for how you use the information shown in the app.

Not Medical Advice

VitalPath is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or predict any disease, injury, or medical condition. Do not ignore professional medical advice because of information shown in VitalPath.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions or other App Store purchases. Purchases are managed by Apple. Pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store terms and the purchase sheet shown at checkout.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse VitalPath, attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

VitalPath may change, add, or remove features over time. Some features depend on Apple Health, Apple Watch, Health permissions, device compatibility, subscription status, and network or App Store availability.

Limitation of Liability

VitalPath is provided for general fitness and wellness support. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Myriad Imagine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
